Alone in the Desert: The Unexpected Deep Messages of Israeli Music
A new series in partnership with the Canadian Zionist Federation and the World Zionist Organization, facilitated by Uri Levin: Who is Israel’s artist of the year? What song have all the kids been playing on repeat? Which songs have been dominating the radio? And how does this connect to the latest developments in Israeli society?
Israeli music carries deep, critical messages about current events, societal challenges, and the shifting geopolitical situation all while keeping a good beat.
